Our Motivation
My motivation to become a therapist stems from my experiences with my children, my family, and my observations of life. Life itself is the greatest teacher, and through my personal experiences, I’ve realized the vital role of healing and personal growth. I felt a strong calling to support others by guiding them through challenges and providing a support system. I was also driven to include the lessons of nature and its cycles, as being connected to the earth has always grounded me. This influences my approach by helping clients reconnect with their true selves, appreciate the present moment, and understand their natural rhythms.

Impactful Client Story
One of the most impactful experiences I've had involved a couple who came to me feeling as though their marriage was beyond repair. They were on the verge of separation, having lost trust and connection over time. Both of them were carrying a lot of pain and resentment, and they felt as though there was no way forward.
Through our work together, I helped them rediscover their individual needs and emotions while guiding them to understand how they had grown apart. We worked on communication, re-establishing trust, and ultimately, seeing their relationship from a fresh perspective. One of the key moments came when I encouraged them to see a "reset button" for their relationship—not as erasing the past, but as an opportunity to start anew with a deeper understanding of each other’s needs and values.
By embracing this reset, they not only found healing but also rekindled a new sense of love and respect for each other. It was incredibly rewarding to witness them rebuild their bond and move forward with a renewed commitment to their marriage. They truly learned to communicate and support one another in ways they hadn’t before.
This experience reinforced the power of seeing challenges as opportunities for growth, and it reminded me of the profound impact that support and understanding can have on people's lives.

I specialize in supporting clients through addiction and trauma, by helping them reconnect with their feelings in a safe space, supporting them in breaking negative patterns. I address depression and burnout through self-awareness, mindfulness, and re-engagement with life’s natural rhythms. I also guide individuals facing transitions, such as moving between countries, in processing emotional and cultural shifts. In relationships and families, my focus is on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening bonds.
